Through the IVRS facility, the Bank offers facilities like balance inquiry, last five transactions, account statement request, term deposit account details like data of opening, principal amount, interest rate, date of maturity and maturity amount and loan account details like original loan amount, installment amount and due date, loan interest rate, last installment amount and payment date. The customer can also learn about the various products and schemes of the bank through the call centre agents.
