ANDHRA BANK is operating 24X7 Call Center from 01/08/2016. This facility will be operated with Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS) available round-the-clock on all the days. Through the IVRS facility, the Bank offers facilities like balance inquiry, last five transactions, account statement request, term deposit account details like data of opening, principal amount, interest rate, date of maturity and maturity amount and loan account details like original loan amount, installment amount and due date, loan interest rate, last installment amount and payment date. The customer can also learn about the various products and schemes of the bank through the call centre agents. Interested persons can avail the facility by registering themselves through toll free number 1800-425-1515.


Andhra Bank has initiated one more Service at the door step of the Customer to have information on their accounts round the clock.
  Objective of the Call Center

  • Customers to have information on their accounts (Balance enquiry on Savings/Current Accounts, Cheque status , Details of Deposit Accounts and Loan accounts) through interactive Voice Response (IVR) on 24 x 7 basis
  • Dissemination of information on our products by voice and marketing of the products through Call Center Customer Service Executives (CCCSE) on 24 X 7 basis.
