Credit Linked Capital Subsidy Scheme For Technology Upgradation of the small scale

(A Capital subsidy scheme operated by Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises for Technology upgradation of Small scale Industries)

 
  Purpose

Technology upgradation of SSI units in the specified products/sub-sectors by providing capital subsidy for induction of well established and improved technologies
 
  Eligibile Benificieries

Sole proprietoryships, Partnerships, Co-operative societies, Private and Public limited Companies in SSI Sector 
(Priority shall be given women entrepreneurs)

  Types of units covered  under the scheme

1. Units going for upgradation with state of the art technology with or without expansion
2. New units setting up facilities only with the appropriate and proven technology approved by TAB.
3. The units registered with State Directorate of Industrie
 
 Eligibility criteria

1. Available only for such projects which have been sanctioned by the eligible Primary Lending Institutions(PLIs) on or after 29.09.2005.
2. Industry graduating from Small scale to Medium scale on account of sanction of additional loan under CLCSS
3. Labour intensive and/or export oriented new sectors/activitie

 
 Ceiling on eligible loan amount and capital subsidy

Maximum limit of eligible loan under the scheme is Rs.100 lakhs and ceiling on Capital subsidy is 15% of eligible plant & machinery subject to maximum of Rs.15.00 lakhs.
