ANDHRA BANK has launched "Tele Banking Facility" today with call centre for its customers through its office in Hyderabad. Sri A A Taj, Executive Director inaugurated the facility on 04.01.2010. This facility will be operated with Ineractive Voice Response System (IVRS) available round-the-clock on all week days except for national holidays between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m.
Through the IVRS facility, the Bank offers facilities like balance inquiry, last five transactions, account statement request, term deposit account details like data of opening, principal amount, interest rate, date of maturity and maturity amount and loan account details like original loan amount, installment amount and due date, loan interest rate, last installment amount and payment date. The customer can also learn about the various products and schemes of the bank through the call centre agents. Interested persons can avail the facility by registering themselves through toll free number 18004251515.
Andhra Bank has initiated one more Service at the door step of the Customer to have information on their accounts round the clock.Tele-banking provide such facility to access the details of their account 24 X 7 basis.
