Tele- Banking  Call Center

ANDHRA  BANK has launched "Tele Banking Facility" today with call centre for its customers through its office in Hyderabad.  Sri A A Taj,  Executive Director inaugurated the facility on 04.01.2010.  This facility  will be  operated with  Ineractive Voice Response System (IVRS) available round-the-clock on all week days except for national holidays  between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m.

Through the IVRS facility, the Bank offers facilities like balance inquiry, last five transactions, account statement request, term deposit account details like data of opening, principal amount, interest rate, date of maturity and maturity amount  and loan account details like original loan amount, installment amount and due date, loan interest rate, last installment amount and payment date.  The  customer can also learn about the various products and schemes of the bank through the call centre agents.  Interested persons can avail the facility by registering themselves through toll free number 18004251515.

Andhra Bank has initiated one more Service at the door step of the Customer to have information on their accounts round the clock.  Tele-banking provide such facility to access the details of their account 24 X 7 basis.

Objective of the Tele Banking  Call Center

  • Customers to have information on their accounts (Balance enquiry on Savings/Current Accounts, Cheque status , Details of Deposit Accounts and Loan accounts) through interactive Voice Response (IVR) on 24 x 7 basis
  • Dissemination of information on our products by voice and marketing of the products through Call Center Customer Service Executives (CCCSE)

Our Tele Banking  Call Center works on all days except on Sundays and National Holidays between 0800 AM to 0800 pm through voice response by CCCSE personally.

0800 am to 0800 pm on all days

What the customer must have before calling the Toll Free number for Tele Banking Registration

Customer must have the following information(which has been provided at the time of opening the account) before calling the Toll Free number

  • Customer Id (Called Cust Id) and
  • Personal Information

The above details helps the bank in identifying the Caller with the details already with the bank  to protect the interest of the customer.
